Duas for Anxiety, Stress and Pareshani

Authentic duas for anxiety, worry, sadness and hard times (pareshani ki dua), with Arabic, transliteration and meaning in English and Roman Urdu.

دُعَاءُ الهَمِّ وَالحُزْن

When the heart feels heavy, the Prophet, peace be upon him, taught us to turn to Allah with these words. They are not magic phrases but sincere conversations with the One who controls every affair. Read them slowly, with their meaning, and remember that Allah is always near. If anxiety affects your daily life, please also speak to a doctor or someone you trust.
